When relocation involves several tasks, you need to know who handles each step. Managed relocation organises preparation and coordination of an accompanied journey within a scope defined for your case.
Bring the tasks into one plan
The itinerary, documents, carrier and handovers must work together. UniPetrans assesses the overall situation to identify outstanding conditions before confirming a strategy.

Assess the case and coordinate included tasks
The proposal defines the scope
Coordination and accompaniment are separate decisions
Managing a journey does not itself identify who accompanies the animal. The proposal should state whether the owner travels or Pet Nanny is being assessed, as well as the accepted travel mode. Unaccompanied manifest cargo is not assumed.
Included tasks and additional services
Review the proposed coordination, document support and handover arrangements. Collections, ground journeys or third-party services should only be considered included when expressly listed.
Information for assessment
Send origin, destination, dates, animal details and the status of documents and bookings. Identify who hands over and receives the pet, and explain any timing constraints.
Questions about managed relocation
Is home collection and delivery automatically included?
Do not assume so. Locations and related services must be specified in the accepted scope.
How is this different from Pet Nanny?
Pet Nanny describes professional accompaniment; managed relocation describes overall coordination. The proposal determines how they are combined.
