The support provided is defined in your travel proposal. Carrier review and preparation do not, by themselves, include supplying a carrier or guarantee airline acceptance.

Start with measurements
Record the animal’s weight and measurements and the carrier’s internal and external dimensions. Front and side photographs can help show posture and space, but do not replace measurements.
Check with the intended operator
Conditions differ between modes and airlines. Before buying, verify the container type, dimensions and other conditions for the intended journey. A commercial product label is not acceptance for your flight.
Allow preparation time
Give your pet time to become familiar with the carrier before travel. Discuss difficulties or particular needs with your veterinarian and communicate them when coordinating the journey.
Review before departure
Check fastenings, container condition, identification and permitted accessories against operator instructions. Recheck compatibility if the airline or travel mode changes.
Questions about carriers
Does the service include buying a new kennel?
Only when expressly included in the proposal. Preparation support does not itself imply supply.
Is a previously accepted carrier always suitable?
No. Recheck it for the animal, mode and new itinerary.
