Document preparation starts with a specific route. UniPetrans helps organise information and identify checks for origin, transit and destination within the agreed scope.
What we need to review
Provide countries, intended dates, identification details and available documents. Supply legible information and explain route or timing changes, which may affect what needs checking.

- Responsibilities
Clarify the deliverables
The proposal should specify the review to be undertaken, the information or outstanding-task list you will receive and who handles each action. Advice, issuing a certificate and official validation are different activities.
Veterinarians, authorities and operators
Health procedures and official documents remain the responsibility of the competent professionals or bodies. Coordination support does not replace their involvement or guarantee acceptance of an unvalidated document.
Organise the dates
Work backwards from travel and verify dependencies and validity periods using official sources. A generic checklist from another country or a previous journey is not enough.
Questions about documents
Does the same set of documents work everywhere?
No. It must be checked against the actual itinerary and applicable conditions.
Can I request a review while documents are missing?
You can request an assessment explaining what is available and outstanding. Travel confirmation depends on completing the necessary checks.
